Step 1: Walk into a business
You literally walk into a dentist office, a med spa, an HVAC company, whatever is on your route for the day. You have a professional flyer in your hand that looks incredible.
Step 2: Ask to speak to the owner
"Hi, I'm [your name] from Graduated Money. We help businesses like yours get more customers through better websites. Is the owner available?" That's it. That's the script.
Step 3: Show them their own website
Pull up their website on your phone. It probably looks outdated, slow, or confusing. Then show them an example of what we build. The difference is night and day. They can see it instantly.
Step 4: Book a call or close on the spot
Either book them a call with one of our senior consultants, or if you're feeling it, close the deal right there. Our most popular package is $6,000. You earn 20-25% of that.
Step 5: Get paid
We pay commissions within 7 days of the company getting paid. You closed a $6,000 deal? That's $1,200 in your pocket within a week. Close two in a day? That's $2,400.

The pool is split based on how much revenue you personally closed. The more you contributed, the bigger your share.
EXAMPLE:
Company nets $400K in profit. First $200K at 10% = $20,000. Next $200K at 20% = $40,000. Total pool = $60,000. If you closed 20% of total team revenue, your share = $12,000. On top of the $100K+ you already earned.

Questions You're Probably Thinking
Do I need sales experience?
+Nope. Some of our best people had zero sales background. You just need to be able to have a conversation with another human being. We give you the exact words to say, the flyers to hand out, and the training to get comfortable. If you can order food at a drive-through, you can do this.
Do I need to know anything about marketing or websites?
+Not at all. Our founder builds everything. You don't need to know how to code, design, or do marketing. All you need to know is this: most businesses have bad websites, we build great ones, and one new customer from our website pays for the whole thing. That's the pitch. We'll teach you the rest.
Is this a W-2 job or 1099?
+Everyone is a 1099 independent contractor. That means you're your own boss. You set your own hours, work your own territory, and your earnings have no cap. You'll want to set aside about 25-30% for taxes since they're not automatically deducted.
What if I book appointments but they don't buy?
+If you're a Prospector, you get paid $75 for every qualified appointment you book, regardless of whether it closes. That's guaranteed money for your effort. If it does close, you get an extra $150 bonus.
What if I have a slow month?
+It happens. This is commission-based, so slow months mean lower pay. But the businesses aren't going anywhere. There are thousands in every city with terrible websites. If you're showing up and having conversations, the deals will come. And once you build momentum, referrals start coming in too.
How do I actually get paid?
+We pay commissions within 7 days of the company receiving payment from the client. Payment hits your account via direct transfer. Close a deal Monday, client pays Tuesday, you get paid by next Tuesday.
What's the profit sharing based on?
+Modeled after Delta Air Lines' program. We take 10% of the company's first $200K in annual net profit and 20% of anything above that, distributed to eligible team members based on how much revenue they personally closed. The harder you work, the bigger your slice.
What territories are available?
+Right now we're active in Los Angeles, Seattle/Bellevue/Renton, Austin, and expanding. Each person gets their own zone so you're not competing with teammates. If you're in a city we haven't launched yet, talk to us. We might open it.
Is there room to grow?
+Absolutely. As we scale, we'll need team leads, territory managers, and trainers. The people who get in early and perform well will be first in line for those roles. We're building something real here, and the people who help build it will benefit the most.
