Challenge

ALTA was averaging $26K/month with 95-98% of sales concentrated on drop days. Before we came in, January's $42K month had $38K from a single drop day with barely any sales before or after. The brand had never run ads and had zero non-drop revenue systems.

Solution

Launched strategic Meta ad campaigns to drive sales outside of drop windows. February: $42,931 in total sales with only $2,100 in ad spend. Drop day was still strong at $27K, but now there was significant pre-drop and post-drop revenue from ads. March: expanded ad spend to $8,550 and unlocked $55,760 in total sales.

Impact

Monthly revenue jumped from $26K average to $55K+ in just two months. The biggest shift: non-drop-day sales went from virtually nothing to a significant portion of monthly revenue. Solution

Super independent artist from the Bronx, working a job, zero budget, zero team. First song "No Clarity" had about 10-15K views after two months. No momentum, no label interest, no marketing infrastructure. The goal was to create enough optics to get label attention and potentially secure a deal.

Solution

Built a complete ad strategy focused on YouTube views as the primary metric. For music, views with real engagement matter more than streams when you're trying to catch label attention. Ran strategic YouTube ad campaigns on a very small budget across three consecutive single releases (No Clarity, Name of Love, Euphoric) over 5 months. Each video pushed to 100K+ views with engagement rates we'd never seen before: thousands of comments per 100K views.

Impact

First video went from 10K to 150K+ views in month one. By the time the third song dropped, she was in a full label bidding war. Labels were choosing between Ice Spice and Glorilla (who had FNF, the biggest song in the country at the time). She signed that summer. The next song was Munch, and the rest is history. Solution

First engagement: strategic YouTube ad campaigns that drove real viewership and subscriber growth, pushing them from 200K to 378K subscribers and from $15K to $50K+ monthly revenue within 6 months. Second engagement (Sept 2024): came back when growth had stalled, grew 60K subscribers in 2 months (September to November) and doubled their revenue again.
